Dear Zephyr Air Transport,

While we appreciate your willingness to accept job shadow requests from the areas you operate in, we were wondering about our student Henry Rodson? He has not returned since leaving on his job shadow some months ago (and it was only intended to be an eight hour cruise).

We're sure little Harry is just fine, and we know there's nothing more he'd rather do than take up the life of an airshipman, but there have been cases of young people being shanghaied by unscrupulous air pirate syndicates out here on the Borderlands, so we just thought we should check in.

Dear Henry Rodson,

I would love to have you along for a shadow trip, but it would have to be for about two days seeing as most of my voyages are not one-day trips. However, I have recently installed a new thrust timing device and will be having a test flight in the next week. If you can do short notice, you can come along, as long as you don't mind getting your hands dirty. I will need some assistance with the timing adjustments.

Dear, Zephyr Air Transport

I am an eighth grade student at Goldson Frontier Middle School in the Borderland Central School District. As part of my Family and Consumer Science class, I am required to complete a field experience called job shadow. Job shadowing in an area that interests me and will give me an idea of what a "day in the life" could look like if I choose to pursue this for my future.

I'm writing today to see if you would consider being my job shadow mentor on...
On that day I do not have to attend school, so that I may spend 5-8 hours on job shadow. I appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience so that I may get a permission slip back to my teacher.
